im looking to drop 15-30lbs in a month if i can. im 238lb and 6'1. the only places im looking to drop the fat is some in the chest and belly. i go to the gym 6 days a week and only do 10min of running (not enough i know). but other then putting more time on the running i need a diet. can anyone hook me up with a day by day diet that is not to complicated? thanks
