What's up guys. I've read through all the diet stickies to try and get mine in check. I think i have it all down, but i have a question about bulking and cuttin. The question is how long are you supposed to bulk and how long are you supposed to cut after the bulk phase. And do you just keep repeated the same routine. Might be a dumb question, but I'm new to dieting like this. I've always ate clean, buti really wanna commit myself to a good diet. Thanks for any help.
