    Food Intake

    When taking test, would I need to eat more or just what I usually eat???Which is 3 meals, protein shake in the morning, grilled chicken for lunch and dinner.

    You are going to get torched by the more experienced AR members for not doing your research. I would recommend that you read the compete diet forum (especially the bulking stickie). Your question indicates a total lack of understanding of the importance of diet to your bodybuilding goals. The guys here will be happy to assist you along the way - BUT THEY WILL NOT DO YOUR RESEARCH FOR YOU. Don't even consider doing a cycle until you have your exact nutritional program worked out.

    this is your diet?? Bro, Im going to hang you for wasting your own time. Where's the carbs?? 3 meals?? That's it?? Muscles dont come in the bottle? Take this inquiry down to the diet forum and read brother....read read read.

    I wonder how much more muscle you could gain naturally if you just had a better diet?

    You should eat all that in between meals.
