What are good ways to lessen the water retenetion when on a test/deca cycle? I do 40 minutes of cardio a day 5 days a week, and I even sit in the sauna to sweat a bit... it helps a little.. Does my 20mg of nolva help with reducing water retention? If so would 40mg of nolva be better for water loss? Post your water retention reduction tips here.. if any.
