Amoxicillin for infection

I might have an infection,could I use 500mg of Amoxicillin for it

where is the infection. typically for muscular infections, they give intravenous pennicillin, 2.4 grams a day, and clindamycin 500 mg 4 times a day...

It's in my outer tricep, I can get (fish pen) pennicillin at the local pet vet but have to wait till tomorrow

amoxicillin is fine. Thats what I was prescribed for my abcess (plus they drained it also). Took care of it in 3 days.

I've used amoxicillin for an infection before with success. Make sure it is an infection and not just a reaction to high ba or highly concentrated gear.
