    Just a suggestion...

    I think we need a sticky in boldface that reads ATTENTION SPRING BREAKERS!

    It would save everyone a lot of time.

    All the tricks of the trade... never drink winny, do a dbol only cycle, no need for test if using deca, if you take gear do not worry about training muscle is just thown on thanks to chemical enhancement. I am joking for you that are green... everything just stated is BS!
