    Was wondering if someone here know of a good gainer with a high calorie amount, preferebly 3000 or more. Pleaswe let me know if you have a place where one can get it...

    Those 2000, 2500, etc. cal shakes usualy means its the total per day it'll give ya if you have like 3 of them and theyre usualy huge in volume. Almost always a waste of cash

    keeping in mind that weight gainers generally use HIGH-GI (ie. **** for any time besides PWO) carbs, ie. maltodextrin.

    you're fat better off mixing your own with oats, or better yet - eating whole food meals....or else you might end up like cartman.

    All that wieght gainer is full of maltodextrin. Huge insulin spike ever time you take it, which some say could lead to diabetes over a period of time.

    I make my own weight gainer w/ protein powder, oats, flax seed, and milk. Not 3000cal per serving, but who would really want that much anyhow? You'd shti half of it out.
