First cycle (advice appreciated)

Week 1-4 30mg ED d-bol
Nolva throughout cycle at 10mg ED
Vitamin b12 throughout
Multivitamin throughout
Clomid for PCT starting 2 weeks after last test E shot (300mg day1 / 100mg 15days / 50mg 12days)

How should I split up my injections of test E?
Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

either shoot the test e4d or twice a week
i would go 250mg 2 times a week
other than that looks like a great cycle good luck with it

oh yeah use nolva for pct also bump it up to 20mg ed for pct

Good to see someone did their research.

Test, shoot it monday and thursday. I have no particular times i shoot, but i normally do them both in the afternoon time.

I run Nolva 10mg EOD, not ED, and that keeps it at bay. Whatever works for you.

Also, you dont necessarly need the dbol, but if you want to, go for it. I choose not to use the dbol, being my first cycle, because any sides i wanted to know if it was from the test or the dbol, and using both i wouldnt know. I went test only, took 1000mg the first week, then 500mg each week after.
