So the sus amp goes in there at the bottom, then what? Do you push "down" on that part sticking out the top? How does it snap off? And where does the top half go?

Has anyone ever used an amp opener AND STILL fucked up and cracked the amp into a shitload of peices? How reliable are the amp openers???

I just squeeze the sides together with one hand and start turning the amp with the other . I squeeze the bottom of the opener. Ialso use a pen cap after I have a good score around the amp. Just to make it even more easy.

That looks like a neat contraption, I've never used gear from an amp...maybe some Zams or Scherings.........ya, when I win the lottery.
