How does everyone take 30mg d-bol a day ive read up on a few ways:
have 1 tablet with each meal 6 times a day
take 3 tabs in morning 3 tabs night
take 2 tabs morning 2 tabs afternoon 2 tabs at night
what would you say was the best way?

d-bol has a half life of 4 hours. go figure.
