i use it between cycles, not much benifit while on gear for me

When running long acting esters (Test E or C, EQ, etc) I usually use it up until week 3 or 4 and then again during PCT and off.
There was a post on this with some **** good info supporting the use of creatine w/ aas... let me see if i can find it.

Creatine ethyl ester will not make you bloated. I usually use it as a bridge between cycles.
I would say use it... i don't know anyone else but creatine makes me grow really well... not to mention it cuts my recovery time between sets WAY down... I was growing well on AS... when I added in my creatine I doubled my gains....
