Overpriced and sub-par at best for the price your paying, but the stuff I've read on boards is that it works ...might want to save your money and use it towards better fat burners bro.

I think almost all of the products manufactured by GNC are generally low-mid quality and over-priced for even high quality versions of the same products. IMO GNC should be an absolute last resort if you have any cares about your money.

ok then what should I be getting for an ephedrine free supplement? whats the one that has been proven to work?

My GF had good results with HEAT Stack from Avant Labs. For me, all I have used is e/c for a fat burner, but of course e/c isnt ephedrine free, lol.
