    huh?

Hey guys, I wasn't sure where to post this, so I decided to post this in the diet forum. Ok, I'm in my second week of my cutting diet. Last night just for fun I decided to measure my waist, and it had increased about half an inch. What do you think is the deal with this? So far, I'm about two pounds lighter, and I do look somewhat leaner in the mirror. Any ideas? Thanks.

As long as you look leaner and you lost 2 ponuds there is nuttin' to worry about. Don't be like the women that get on the scale every morning and cry if they put on 1/4 of a pound

How hard have you been working your obliques? just like any other muscle if you work them enough they will grow...meaning a wider waist. Just a thought

You will see more results in the mirror than on the scale to begin with, beleive me i know.

To hell with the scale, follow the mirror for now.

Thanks for the responses. I haven't really worked my obliques any harder than I always have, so that shouldn't be it. My cheat day was on friday, so I guess I could still be holding water, not sure though. Anyways, I was kinda "blessed" with a wide waist, so I guess thats why I'm a little paranoid about it.
