how much benadryl while on clen???

i know you can stay on clen longer if you add in benadryl every third week.. anybody know how much to take.... thanks

what benadryl should i buy.. i think i bought the wrong one i have has 500mg acetaminophen 12.5mg diphenhydromine and 30mg pseudoephedrine.. is this the right one.. ...if not which one..
