It only takes 5 days to work each muscle separatly, Im just wondering what your split is?
only this week
monday chest/tric
tuesday quads/calv
wednes back/bicep
thursday shoulder/trap
friday harms
and I wanted to hit arms saturday just one week
You want to hit the gym harder, but not more often. You grow when you not in the gym. Try this split it is post #60
