Let it disolve or just stomach it?

Hey, a buddy of mine is taking winny for the first time with his cycle and was wondering what was the best way to take it. He has 50mg tabs and is going to take 25mg in the morning and 25mg in the afternoon. I, however, have never cycled winny and want to give him the best advice possible. Thanks bros.

split and taken 2x a day is good

I am cutting the 50mg tab in half and chewing it until dissolved in my mouth- then take with alot of fluid (preferably something high in simple sugars/carbs)

I plan on doing a cutting cycle my last two weeks on the strol with T3/clen,
ANY ADVICE? How long should i wait, or should i start now?
