1st cycle query...

I came across these forums about a week ago and have been reading them virtually every spare moment ive had since, the problem is that the more more i read the more confused i get.
I started my 1st cycle yesterday doing 250mg Sust twice a week or 10 weeks. My concern is that i cant/wont be able get any nolva for several weeks and from what i've picked up on these forums the general concensus seems to be that nolva is taken daily throughout the cycle. Seeing that my cycle is as basic as cycles go, will it be that drastic if i didnt take the nolva until the end of my cycle when i pct.

For most people, 500mg per week of test by itself won't cause problems. I've run sust at close to a 750mg per week with tren EOD and not had problems. It's not bad to have it JIC but I wouldn't trip on it.

Cheers...Do you have a url for ar-research, i did a google for it but no joy and are they uk based. I take it nolva is legal to get in the UK?

with that low of test you shouldn't worry too much about it, it is good to have it on hand. i'm about to go onto a test cycle and i'm not planning on startin my nolva till PCT unless i have to.
