Absolutely you can run it alone. Many prefer it post cycle for its anti-catabolic effects, but it will be beneficial regardless.

I hate clen. It is useless IMO. Makes me shake and cramp up and thats it.
If you are going to run it, I would suggest geting some Taurine.
works great...take 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off...during the off period take some ephedrine
I have never used it, and don't plan to, but, if you do decide to, I would suggest this method, it is highly advocated by hooker (A mod here)...
- 2 weeks of clen
- 1 week of clen + Benadryl
- Repeat 2x(for a total of 6 weeks)
- Then take a week totally off, or just continue on repeating the pattern.

Do some research about the possible long-term side effects clen causes, clen can be quite taxing on the heart, and can even cause growth of ventricles etc... also, apoptosis is possible as well....

Some people claim they have no reaction...or benifit. Some like me heat up, cramp, tremble and feel like crap at night while on it. I question the wisdom of the stuff...nothing like good old diet and cardio to cut up.

But I agree with this completely........ as far as running clen alone you definitely can and given your diet and cardio is in check Clen can help you lose fat faster. Personally I've given up on Clen due to the shakes and cramps, I just stick with low doses of T3 & a good ECA stack.
I personally am a fan of utilizing clen and cytomel(t3)
i cant handle the sides,but to answer your question yes you can use it alone.Take it slow and see how you tolerate it.It is so cheap that if your body can not handle it you will not loose but a few bucks.
Started Clen yesterday at 40mcg. Am planning to increase as suggested and run a 21 day cycle. So far I noticed trembling hands, extreme increase in temperature during exercise and throughout the day, and headache. At the dose I am at thus far the side effects are tolerable and as long as I spaced the dose throughout the day I felt fine. To get rid of the headache I ate a couple pieces of bread and drank a glass of milk. That helped me anyway. My energy jumped massively and when I finally fell asleep...I woke up feeling like I had slept better than I had in months. Definately suggest it.
