Nitrix dosage

How should i spread the dosage out of nitrix??

it says to take 4 pills 3 times a day on an empty stomach 30 minutes before meal!!


my meals are spread about 2-2.5 meals apart so how could i take on an empty stomach...

also i only have 3 meals before workouts at 4:30.........

Dont worry about the absorbtion thing. Empty stomach is a relative term. Take it when you first wake up, as you make breakfast or something. Then again 30 minutes prior to lunch, and then double the dose prior to workout.
