Accurate Nolvadex Dosing

Before you flame me,i did use the search ,and i seen alot of different Nolvadex dosing and it got me somewhat confused

as you know i am going to run test/eq 10weeks

now my question is when gyno symptoms occur, i seen people recommend 40-60mg 1st day followed by 20mg ed

now my test dosing is 400mg-500mg

what would be the accurate dosing of nolvadex? if attain 10mg tabs should i followed that combo of 40mg-60mg 1st day til symptoms go away than 20mg ed until end of clomid?

30mg 1st day and than 10mg ed until end of clomid theraphy?

another question is after clomid theraphy and discontinue use of nolvadex,dont i still have free test converting to estrogen? so if symptoms flare up again should i run the nolvadex again and arimidex/liquidex?

i will be attaining 100 10mg nolvadex tabs,should i need more?

since you'll do it anyway, here is Nolva doses:

40mg ED when you start to feel symptoms, continue with 40mg ED until sysmptoms subside. Run 10-20mg ED until end of cycle (through Clomid if you want). 100 should be enough...they're 10mg each, right?

thx thx,i was thinking up the doses until symptoms go away and than lower the dose til the end of clomid theraphy,,,,,
