Ditch the mayo only use shake PWO, ESPECIALLY if its Isolate which absorbs very rapid.
Do you really need the turkey breast? i love turkey but if its Deli Cuts instead of Oven Roasted Skinless Breast that you cooked you might be looking at a few carbs from krap they add to it not much its like only a carb or too but hey ..
3. pro/fat lean beef with either flax or almonds with romaine lettuce
Go w/ a good green Vegie (i.e. Broc,Esparagus,Brussels, romain is good too!...) on side here inplace of EFA's. You'll get fats at night
4. pwo 40 gram isopure and 80 gram dex
5. ppwo chicken breast with 2 slices of turkey breast and 1/2 cup of brown rice with green beans
6. 1 scoop isopure 1 xcoop casein and 1 tbsp flax oil/ or 2 tbsp npb
Go w/ a lean meat and Flax or Salmon if you do NPB try 1tbsp
