NO PAIN NO GAIN! is all i can say!! hold your nose (like if your about to jump in the pool) when you drink it it will take some of the taste away.!

Well You could cap it or wait for designer suppliments to come out with XceeD its going to be flavored fruit punch I think.
He is sending to the capping guy soon and it should be ready in a month tops assuming more delays.

Take a teasponn dig it in the jar(heaping)
Toss it in your mouth and wash it down
Virtually painless
Sometimes when supplements arent the best tasting i count random numbers in my head and that helps me not think about how bad something taste haha

What brand CEE do you guys recomend from AllSportsNutrition? I checked out there creatine and almost all of it is Monohydrate so I didn't want to make the mistake... which one do i buy?
