Is sust flu a sure fire way to tell if it is real?

In my opinion no.

why? because if its fake shit, then that means they put something possible and most likely unsteril in the vial instead.

ie: bacteria, virus, germs, etc

I think I got sust flu right now... I am taking 2 sust 250 a week along with 400 mg deca and 40 mg d-bol daily... Im on about the 6th shot and I feel sick as a dog.. how do I know if I have the flu or if it is just from the Sust... I ran a low-grade fever last night and today my temp is normal.. I am not throwing up or anything.. just feel like shit.. is there anyway around this.. and if its really a flu or some kind of sickness.. will my body fight it off better on As or should I call my buddy and get some antibiotics????

I heard that sust is effective after one day. I also heard that it is effective after 3 weeks, if i am taking 250 mg sust once weekly and 35 mg dbol daily, how long till i should really feel the stuff?? Please help!

if it came from a real pharmacuetical company you should have never gotten "sust flu"
