Anyone actually enjoy being single?

Cut the macho crap and answer this honestly. Sure you can run wild bang tons of women, blah , blah, blah.........BUT is it really a satisfying existance? I've been laid a ton, ran around like a freakshow and drank and screwed and all the other "fun stuff". It doesn't sound very appealing to me anymore. What the heck am I gonna do with myself when my marriage finally cracks?

I enjoyed it the five years i was in the army being an international lover, but it did get old, I am glad to have my wife now.

I mentally cannot handle being single, if it wasn't for my girlfriend dragging me away from things i would probably be in a lot of trouble. Anytime i've ever done anything REALLY stupid it was in between girlfriends in the transition phase. My girlfriend seems to be my guardian angel.

In my case I enjoy being single quite a lot. Of course having a kid living with me 50% of the time it's not like being 21 and single...

Free time is now a foreign concept.

To me being single means I enjoy my life, got my family and have my occasional "fück friend" (or the politically correct version: consenting adults with no emotional commitment) come over when my boy is with his mom. Who could ask for anything more?

I don't think I'd want to get hitched up again... been living like this for a long time and I am quite happy this way. Had a few GF's in the last few years, but I've tired of all of them.

Yeah, this is true........ After I was divorced from my first wife I had my fun for a few years but it gets old............. I'm very happy that I met my new wife....

After my divorce I had a load of fun being single. I fvcked anything that moved. I was all about quantity, not quality. After a while it got old. I have been with my current fiance for over 2 years and we are getting married in May. I won't lie and say I'm not scared to death, b/c I am. I just look at it like this......all pvssy is the same, it's what surrounds it that makes the difference. If you find one you love and can keep the flame alive, then why not.

well I will have my 16 year old son and 4 year old part time so it wouldn't be completley single. When I was single before (for a few years) I really missed contact ie: hugs etc with a woman. Just touching .........perhaps it's ghey but too fukking bad!

Its good to be able to just shag who you want when you want, but its also good to be able to go home to ur other half for a bit of affection. Theres loads of times when ive thought to myself that id love to be single again, then when me and the missus have time apart cos of a row, i wish i was with her.

after a 4 yr relationship and one 5 yr. i have been playin the field for the last four years. i havnt had a steady girl for more than 4 or 5 mons. i also havnt dated a girl over 25 either. i can honestly say i wouldnt trade this lifestyle for anything. way too much fun. im sure one day i'll feel different but for now i feel like a kid again.

Well vic I'm back in the same situation as U. I was wondering the same thing. I am miserable being married and scared sh1tless of being single at 40!. I was lucky to get married. If not I'd be dead or in prison. So I relate to BDTR and you on that issue as well. THIS SUCKS. Very confusing.

It really does suck....there is no other way to say it. I am far from perfect but I am 10x the man I was when we met and she still isn't happy. How much is enough? I will tell you this I will dive head into my faith and not come up for air until I feel safe that's for sure.
