Yepp, was called the flu. Give it a day or two... It happens. Mighta been that chicken you ate..?

True, if it was an hour later it could have been the chicken. Usually if I trained too hard the nausea subsides soon after the workout. Could be the flu...wait and see I guess.
I lost about 1200 calories after a heavy legs day. It was the **** XXL I drank before the workout. Those make me sick as a dog.
I don't think its from the juice(flu) Never had it before.
I am being a puss. I'll go to bed and deal with it later. thanks
