wish me luck did my first 3ius of gh today now only 757 more iu to go. stats 251 mid bf cuting to 235 8-10%bf by july need to see my abs for summer good amout of AS under my belt. in my early 20s with good genes for strenth but I put size on slowly.

my placebo was that i wanted to drink and eat only fried food...hey i felt real effects day 3.

might be a placebo effect but all that changed was the adding of gh and the next day I was much more hungry

in about 1 month I will have all my blood work done so I will know how much this gh raises my levels ie my gh and my igf1 levels in the body.
