nolvadex in mexico prices and boarder issues?

Do they sell nolvadex in Mexican Walmarts? My friend is going there and he said he will pick some up for me and either mail it back or just bring it over the boarder with him. Does anyone know what he should ask for there and how much does it cost? I don't think Walmart listed this stuff online. Also, is it sketchy for him to mail it back to my house? One last question, do they sell arimidex there? Thanks a lot bros!
