For the past 3 weeks my chest workouts have sucked and I have noticed that my bench is stuck at right around 315 - 335lbs. Also, at other workouts I'll drop to under 300. Here is a sample.
4 sets incline barbell
4 sets flat barbell or dumbell
4 sets cable crossovers
4 sets dips
On occasion I will switch the exercise order
Any helpful ideas
