i kno var is used during cutting cycles to preserve muscle, but would it be beneficial to some one with a low bodyfat of around 7%? no test, just var!

If you are trying to stay as lean as possible and put on a little muscle, you will not get big gains.

i think it's worth it. because it also makes u vascular and i'm not 7%. i definitely noticed that it brings out my veins big time.

i would prop it
but at lean BF% the vascualriy and hardness that comes from it will be quite noticable
