Hi my name is Trevor i am 25 6'5 175. I have been working out for a small time now but i am still not happy with the results ( i don't know if it's my diet or my workout). I got this steroid thing into my head but i don't really know all that much about them. Can anybody help me with what diet i should be using and a good workout schedule to try and stay natural. I am taking a MRP twice a day and a multi vitiman once a day as well as eating. It's heard to eat six meals a day with working and sleeping. Any suggestions would be greatly acepted.
