20 YR. The Beginning! (FLAME AWAY)

Here are my current pictures. I just decided to get serious as far as my diet goes. I plan on posting more pics every 4 weeks so I can get feedback on improvement. Right now I'm at about 140lbs. My goal is 165 and im 5'9

Post up your diet in the diet forum bro, theres plenty of good guys who can help you out!

Also your workouts might use a little tweaking. You look like a hardgainer so you will have to suit your diet/workouts accordingly.

You are very lean, if you add some quality muscle on your frame you will look good. I think you need to set your goal higher than 165, you are 5'9", 165 would still give you plenty of frame to fill out. But i don't know what kind of a look you are going for. Search in the diet forum, i think that is the most important place for you. Good luck.

It looks like you have 3 weeks exp in the gym. Good frame to start but the first thing I would do is add some quality natural lbs. But to each there own

It sucks for the first year or two cuz you have to force feed and lift HEAVY to gain any weight at all... but after you learn your body you can put on muscle pretty rapidly. Plus you can eat like $hit when youre bulking and still look pretty lean!
