I have done countless hours of research over the last two years and feel I am about ready to run my first cycle. Some comments would be great before I go ahead and finalize everything.

I have been working out hard for about three years and have made very good strentgh gains as well as gained decent muscle. However, I am ready to do a cycle to hit the next level as I finally got my diet into check, thats been holding me back because I didnt want to waste the AAS because of a diet that wasnt 100%.
I want to run a cycle that will add sufficuent size but without too much water retention as I could use to be somewhat harder/leaner. Also, as I know all AAS have their associated risks/side effects, I would like to stay somewhat on the safer side.
My planned cycle:
weeks 1-12 test enan. 400mg
weeks 1-11 eq 400 mg
weeks 14-16 clomid therapy
weeks 1-16 nolva 20mg ed
A few quick questions: should proviron be added, if so all 16 weeks?? Should this cycle have decent lean gains without too much water retention/puffiness etc..?
Would I be better off just running the test e alone for the 12 weeks without eq for a first cycle?
