what does of nolvadex do you advise on my third week of cycle doing 10 in total.

sus 250mg
deca 200mg

thursday

sus 250mg
deca 200mg

You can take 10-20 ed. I take 20. But you should of started when you started your cycle.

Take it through out the whole cycle and PCT.
