Too many variables but a lot, and believe me it's a big problem when ur xpectations are to look good while ON, so it won't oome off until like 1-2 weeks after u stop.

i don't expect any but unfortuneately i experience plenty(jabba the hutt coes to mind).it will take a week or so to clear once you finish the course.
