nolva and gyno

I know that while my rat is on 400mg test a week that many have said to use 10mg nolva a day for him. I got some of the liquid at ana research. Should I squirt the 10mg all at once in his mouth or break it down to 5 -2x a day like morning and night?

Also what does the begining of gyno feel like? Will there be a burning in the nipple area? Almost like the feeling of nipple erections?
