I sucked up my 40 mcgs of b12 complex then when to suck up my igf-1 lr3. I got like 2mcgs of b12 in the vial of igf-1 lr3. Is that whole vial ****ed!?!

Don't know, but why would you use b12 as a chaser? If it'll ruin it in the vial wouldn't it stand to reason that it would ruin the injection too

I was told that u can use b12... and i had it so i used it. I didnt know if it sitting in there for a longer time would degrade it? I thought igf-1 lr3 was so fragile?
