Well ok to make things short im big buy muscle and fat combined and I dont like the look its pissing me off ...I have no diet so heres what i came up with

2 scoops whey
1/2 cup oatmeal with water
1030-1100
Pre workout Shake
then post workout shake

Chicken breast and veggies and flax

Probably some more chicken with veggies
730-8 Protein shake with flax
What do you guys think please give me advice or any corrections ,suggestions, and so on
