    O.K., I'll admit, I'm an idiot

So, after my last thread about not gaining weight on Sus 250, and the obvious fact that I was shorting my nutritional needs, I decided to take a full week off to let my body rest so I could start a new mass building routine, which I'm currently trying to finalize, and also get my nutrition in check. So, I followed the "sample" AS diet posted, and uhm... gained 2 pounds and DIDN'T WORK OUT ALL WEEK! So... uhm... I'm an idiot. Thanks for the help gentleman. Greatly appreciated. Now back to the gym so I can do something with all this protien I'm taking in. ****, nutrition is a b-i-t-c-h, but well worth it I can see the difference in a week, and all it took was some good ole' food and protien. Only bad part is I can fart and clear a room worse than my dog

Any suggestions on an awesome Mass Building routine? Need to gain some serious size while. Please make suggestions in the Workout forum.

It's good to know that people are starting to realize that diet and nutrition are better factors in building the body you want, rather than just aas.

that's true. but if at least a few recognize it, then maybe they'll be able to influence a few more. i don't think we'll ever be able to persuade everyone that diet is more important.

Hell no, you're not going to influence EVERYONE... remember, steroids are magical substances that create muscle without any raw materials (food)!
