i am on a cutting diet right now, and startin clen next week. Right now i only have about 30 grams of carbs most before or at 4 oclcok(all pre workout) i read a no/low carb diet is bad when on clen, am i eating anough or should i add alittle more?

30 grams is VERY low. Have you checked out the cutting sticky for a guide?
yea, but did it for a month n didnt really see results, so i took some carbs/fat out,would 50 be sufficent?? i do am cardio 4 times a week, n abs 3
Well, what does your diet look like? What are your stats? Running clen with that amount of carbs won't hurt you or anything, so I wouldn't worry about that.
i tried low carb/atkins i thot it was gr8 and all but i was missing pwo carbs and its too complicated i didnt like it
i think u should increase ur carbs try eca i like it more than clen and think its more effective
I would not go that low on carbs. I tried that last year and I lost the weight fast, but I lost alot of muscle too.

have you tried lowering your fats? and having a normal amount of carbs so you don't eat your muscle away.
na bro my workouts/cardio, n diet where def in check, like i said everywhere else impoved except my stomach( i saw alittle progres in upper abs, they flattened out a bit but those lower r a pain , cant get that ft off.
