dbol dose

if i m going to run 30 mg of dbol a day can i get away with taking it 3x's a day since i will hve 10mg tabs? or shld i do 3/4 of a tab 4x's a day?

i m 165lbs so i figure 30mg is good. just curious if it has to be taken 4 x's a day. not takin it alone either.
complete cycle will be:
500 mg test e (250mg every 3.5 days) 13 weeks
400 mg deca 12 weeks
30 mg dbol first 4 weeks.
also shld i run an anti e from the start or wait for 1st signs of gyno...

what about the anti e? is it neccesary right away or just watch for 1st signs of gyno? if i need to run it right away what's best?
