    230lbs, i know, bad lighting, i tried to get that good shadow, i over did it,

    Ive seen some crappy pics on here but that is one of the worst. It would be better to take a shot in day light with all the regular poses.

    I wouldnt worry about getting the "right" shadow in your pictures. You would want a critique on what you look like normally in day light, not in an optimal photo shot scenario.
