Nice back bro...I would ease up on the traps, just lighten up your trap work until you feel the lagging bodyparts come up. No leg pics? Overall upper body is looking pretty thick bro...good luck with the rest of the cycle.
Start working on the delts all three heads a little more. Your back is big and the taper is coming in but there is noseperation in muscles yet use more t bar or seated rows and squeeze at the end of the rep to help here. Need some leg pics to see where they are at.
Great back and traps. Def need more work on shoulders, seems to be your major lagger, next down the line I think is tris, then chest, then bi's. Great job and kudos for having the balls to post pics!

Chest shoulders and arms need work, but not bad. I wish my traps would grow like yours. Do you do anything special for them?
