does anyone know what the average dose of test is for hormone replacement therapy? is it possible to stay on a low dose of test between cycles? instead of clomid therapy and PCT, wht if you stoped taking all the androgenic and hard steroids , and just maintained with a low dose of test untill you are ready to hit heavy again? does anyone practice this or is this just insanity?

average dose is 100mg/week of test cyp for trt.
bridging with low dose cycles between heavy cycles will not allow the HPTA to recover and may make you permanently hypogonadal requiring hrt the rest of your life.
people who are hypogonadal and on trt for life can cycle the way you suggest but it is allright for them as their HPTA will not recover where as that is what you want to happen so you can sustain the majority of your gains even when off cycle.
