infection will stay long

i think im infected, i did everyting properly anyway. i got no fever no flu but my harm still red he is way bigger it's less painfull than it was but im gonna go see the doc toomorro. this is from my injection of tuesday maybe is from the stuff syrus labs.

my question is how long will it take to heal and can i still take d-bol with antibiotic?
what the worst could happen?

I did a shot once in scar tissue and obviously absorbtion wasn't good so i developed a lump and redness for about 6-7 days but eventually went away.Went to see a doc for it and he said it didn't look like an infection,but gave me anti-biotics and said if it gets worse take them.
