can anyone tell me how to tell my girlfrien how to take clen she has 150 tabs.

start w/ 20mcg/day. increase the dose by 1 tab per day until she feels too much sides from it and cut back by 1 tab and stay there for 2 weeks. take 2 weeks on and 2 off until the tabs are gone.
