i just got warned that superdrol on its own followed by nolva n clomid pct was a very bad idea, but nobody said why, they also said i should research which i have been doing and also found :

superdrol that you are talking about is a supp/prohoromone, the legal stuff. drol is illegal and an oral steroid.

At your age (being close to my own) there is no reason to take this. Worry more about your diet and work out routine. I started out my senior year of hs at 170 gained 15lbs once i started eating more. This year at college i gained almost 20lbs from upping my cals like crazy(im 6'4 and i can eat a ton without gaining to much fat), cutting out my crazy cardio routine, and changing my work out routine so i dont overtrain. I am 6'4 210 at about 15% bf.

But to answer your question search the thread for SD and you will find the chemical make up and the claims on what it will do for you, but keep in mind the write up was taken from the page of the company that produces it.
If u insist i would take SD at 10mg ED... and for PCT Nolva week1:40mg week2-3:20mg and something like milk thistle for the liver because orals r tough on the liver.

You should indeed hold off on messing with your hormones at such a young age but you make your own decisions

so if you do then go with a 4 weeker at 20mg ed and when gains slow down bump up to 30mg shouldnt need more than 30mg.

follow up with nolva/clomid PCT.

The compound itself wont give you gyno but as always nolva should always be on hand.

Yeah im not saying not to do it i actualy have a bottle myself that i have been thinking about taking ... I wasn't trying to say u weren't doing the right thing, u just see alot of younger guys like us that have no idea what they are doing and buy into the hype that supplements and hormonal modifications is what gets a person big. When in reality you just have to eat and train like an animal and get enough sleep.
If i run it i will probably go 10mg a day for the first week or two then push it up to 20mg depending on how things go; along with the sd, for BP im going to take celary seed extract and saw palmetto for my prostate. Ill run it for about 3 weeks then finish up with milk thistle nolva and clomid. Ive heard some people using nolva and 6-oxo if anyone has any opinions on that let me know

19 really is too early to mess with any kind of hormones you should wait.

the compound wont give you gyno but there are many factors involved in gyno so just have it on hand just in case you start to feel any kind of issues.

use nolva throughout at 20mg and for PCT 40mg for 2 weeks 20mg for 2 weeks

I'm only 19 at this age i still have a ton of natural growing to do, plus its just not good for you no matter what people say, its tough on your liver and it is messing around with your hormones. Although its supposedly not as bad on your liver and doesn't lower natural test so much. But i just want to say f*ck it and just gain that much more with the sd. what is your routine like r u working out the same body parts more than once a week? Because i would consider that over training. When i get done with a body part i need at a minimum 7 days in between each body part.

well from what i have heard people have had great gains from 10mg a day. so why take more? I would have also thought to take more but since i had heard this big guys r getting great gains from this stuff at 10-20mgs ed. Im excited about this compound it has great so i cant wait to see results.

with the nolva @ 20 mg... this is supposed to be a legal methylated steroid;so i wouldnt take any chances with not taking the same precautions as one would take with steroids. No one realy knows if this has any possibility to aromatize so you might as welll take the precautions.

its been confirmed theres no reason to run nolva throughout for gyno reasons ijust read there, only for cholestorol, u get that cb11mass?
