D BOL Suggestions appreciated

In 3 days I will begin my third cycle and it looks like this

30md/day d bol
500/w test e
400/w deca
20mg nolva per day through d bol
armidex .5 per day
finas

If the d bol is 5mg per pill (6 per day) I was wondering how many to take, and at what times throughout the day??

Was also looking for suggestions regarding my cyle??

if you do a search youll find that people who have done both... taken them all at once daily and spread out throughout the day say there is no difference really... whatever u do though, remain consistent

I'd try to take them at least twice a day so that your blood levels are stable. It clears your system fairly quickly.

Usually I'll take half my dose before training and half before bed. That is dependent ofcourse that my training time and when I go to sleep are about 12 hours apart.
