Prop Causing Tight Muscle

Is it normal for Prop to cause the injection site to feel harder then the sourounding area? Like stiff, i know its painful, but is it supposed to be stiff too?

Yes Prop can actually cause a knot to form there that can take several days till that tissue goes back to the same condition as the surrounding tissue.
