I don't know why, but during my first cycle of clen/t3, I didn't lose much weight at all. I did a ton of research and used the clen/t3 handbooks as a guide to construct my cycle. It seemed that things have changed since then after reading Hookers post.

Weight 212 lbs
BF% I would guess to be at around 15% but not sure
My cycle:
Week 1&2:
Ramped up to 100mcgs of T3 after 3 days.
Started clen at 80 mcgs. By the end of the 2nd week I'm up to 140 mcgs per day. No sides to speak of.
Week 3:
T3 remains at 100mcgs per day.
First day of week 3, I'm at 160 mcgs per day no problem.
75mg Benadryl each night.
Week 4:
Begin cycling down T3 for the next 4 weeks.
I will probably be up to 180 mcgs per day, but will adjust depending on how I can handle 160.
Week 5:
Still cycling down T3. May go up on Clen, but I don't plan on passing 200 mcg per day.
Week 6:
Still cycling down T3. Again, Clen will stay below 200 mcg per day. Benadryl at 75 mg per night.
Week 7:
Clen is finished, but still cycling down T3
Training:
Monday:
8:00 am Cardio for 30 minutes on an empty stomach. Maintain target heart rate of 135-140 beats per minute.
4:00 pm Weight Training
Chest/Tri's
3 exercises Chest
2 exercises Tris
3 Sets each 14-16 reps
Tuesday:
8:00 am Cardio, same as Monday.
4:00 pm Back/Bis, sets and reps same as Monday
Wednesday:
8:00 am Cardio, same as Monday.
No weight training.
Thursday:
8:00 am Cardio, same as Monday.
Weight Training:
Shoulders/abs, sets and reps same as Monday
Friday:
8:00 am cardio same as Monday.
4:00 pm All legs
2 Quads, 2 Hams, 2 calves.
Saturday/Sunday:
OFF
Diet:
Basically following the cutting diet sticky to a T as I weigh in at 212 lbs, I adjust for a little more protein.
My diet and training has been VERY strict for the last 2 weeks, but my scale says I still weigh the same. Sometimes I'll get on the scale and weigh 216!
What gives? I know I shouldn't judge by the scale rather by how my clothes fit, but I don't notice anything.
Is there such a thing as a Clen non responder?
