Lightbulb My first cycle, test only. Lifting 2 months. Am I ready? see pics

I have been doing a lot of research on steroids and have come to the conclusion that a test only cycle is the best one to start with. I plan on taking 400mg a week with anti-estrogen on hand. I am 5’5 and I weigh 162 pounds. I have been intensely working out “max ot” for 2 months. I relies from these forums that it doesn’t really matter how much roids you take, it matters how hard you train and how much you eat. I see pictures of guys that are on juice, some are skinny and some are big. I eat 5 to 6 times a day and drink a protein shake with every meal. I drink at least a gallon of water a day. I wake up at least twice a night to urinate, at that time I drink a protein shake. I run every other day on the treadmill for 30 min, up hill. Be honest, am I ready for my first cycle even though I’ve only been lifting for two months? Thank You

you need to be working out for 2-3 solid years to build up a good base and improve your diet and training too. Without a solid base, you will most likely end up losing any gains youve made. Follow the bulking diet sticky in the diet forum and you'll put on size in no time.

getting big quick isn't all it is hyped up to be. research all you can while you lift. in 2-3 years you could learn basically everything about AAS. also if you don't have a good foundation for you to put the muscle, you won't keep it.

So based on a great diet, intense training and my frame (see pics) how much do you think I would be able to gain naturally in 2 years?

there is no get big quick.

you look alright bro, not ready to cycle but in 8-12 months, sure.

without a solid base to work off from, youll just lose most/all of your gains on juice.

picture it like building a house on sand, itll last for a short time but not for long.

    goodluck bro!

You make a lot of sense. It shouldn’t be a time based decision. What one person can do in a year might take someone else 3 years. Right?

So what your saying is, even though I may have a solid base in 1 year I should still wait till I reach my natural limit which would be in 2 or 3 years?
Frkybgstok, do you think this is a must.

    When to start

I think when you want to start really depends on your goals. Do you want to get big quick but then have to deal with some bad aspects of that - don't keep the gains, get depressed when you lose the gains, do heavy AAS cycles with possible health risks, etc.? Or do you want to get big but be healthy and look good not just for now but when you're 40, 50, 60?

As for me, I'm going the "live long and prosper" route - what I call Vulcan Training. Lifting, eating right, and supplementing smart are a lifestyle for me. Something I hope to do for the rest of my life. Looking at things from that perspective, what's your hurry? Lift natural for now and eat good and see what amazing things will happen in the next few years. When you stop seeing progress and maybe slow down or when you get older and your test levels drop (like me), then maybe think about giving things a boost with AAS.

As for me... I worked out hard my first year but saw little as far as great changes. My weight didn't change at all. But all the time I WAS changing. Fat was going away and I was building muscle. Eventually (after at least one year of hard training) I began to see some significant improvements. Every week in the gym I would see some improvement and that was great. Then when I tried AAS the improvements were greatly accelerated. But if I had started AAS sooner, when I was still fat and lacked a good base, I doubt I would have seen any change!

So keep at it. Lift, eat, sleep, and supplement smart. You'll build a good base and get a better idea of when your body is ready for the boost of AAS. Plus you'll really learn what works and doesn't work for you as far as training, eating, and supplementing are concerned. These things you cannot learn just from reading or teaching from others - the only true teacher is the hours you spend sweating and straining in the gym under impossible stacks of iron.

check out the diet forum to see how to eat correctly. Diet is more important than a lot of people give it credit. and understand that you actually build muscle outside the gym. get your rest and don't over train trying to hit your goals.

My advice is hit the test e 500mg per week cycle now. I did a test only cycle 6 months after I started lifting for the 1st time. I dont regret it and i got bigger faster than i could have naturally. My diet was in check from day 1 and i saw most of my gains in the 12 weeks i was on cycle. The sides from 500mg ew test is minimal. this is just my advice cause i know if you have researched steroids already you are never going to wait 1 yr let alone 2-3 if you are 28. I say why take a yr to accomplish what you can do in 16 weeks on cycle.

Your right about faster gain but if you follow the "least amount of gear for the max amnt of gains" then hitting his full potential before aas would be wise.

Seems to be a common theme these days.

You are no where near ready for AAS. Not a flame, but the real cold
    hard brutal honesty type truth.

if the end results are the same - i.e. max weight of 105 kg from a starting base weight of 75kg

why train naturally for 3 years to get 95kg
when you can take a few cycles over 6 months - get to 105kg instantly

Nobody believes you will gain 60lbs in 8 weeks bud...

Stop trying to give newbies advice when you are so uneducated/ignorant yourself.

    who said 60lbs ?

45lbs in 8 weeks from a 3 steroid stack is not unheard of.

You will not gain 45lbs of lean muscle in 8 weeks. You may be able to gain that much weight but 1/2 would be fat. Why don't you read more and talk less.

you seem to be ignorant aswell as genetically crippled.

If you read my post you will see I never once mentioned the 45lbs i could gain would be pure muscle. That would be impossible. Of course there would be some water/fat included.

Actually you said 66lbs. You said you could go from 75kg to 105kg which is a 30kg difference. 30kg=66lbs

So the answer to your question is you

  39. #39
yes , 2-4lbs a week naturally is easy if you have not reached your full potential.
